Website Design Services
- Deposits & Upfront Payments: All deposits and upfront payments made for website design projects are non-refundable, as they cover time, consultation, and initial setup.
- Project Cancellation (by Client): If a client cancels a project after work has begun, Sacred Sites reserves the right to retain payment for work already completed.
- Project Cancellation (by Sacred Sites): If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a partial refund based on the proportion of work not completed.
Hosting & Domain Services
- Domain Registrations & Renewals: Domain name purchases, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed, as they are provided through third-party registrars.
- Hosting Services: Hosting fees are billed in advance. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.
- Refunds on Annual Hosting Plans: Clients who cancel an annual hosting plan within 14 days of purchase may request a pro-rata refund for the unused months (minus setup and administration costs).
Management & Care Plans
- Monthly management and care plan fees (maintenance, updates, backups, and support) are non-refundable, as these services are delivered continuously.
- Clients may cancel at any time, with no further payments required after the current billing cycle.
Custom Work & Add-Ons
- Any additional services such as SEO setup, content creation, graphic design, or e-commerce integrations are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- In cases of technical error on our part, we will make every effort to correct the issue or provide a fair adjustment to your invoice.
